SOMA provides professional services to a broad range of construction projects, mainly focusing on innovative sustainable housing for the residential market. My business principles, ensure I create people inspired, built environments to suit the clients needs, lifestyle and budget.

 

I have been involved in the building design, construction and drafting industry for over 7 years, documenting residential and commercial buildings for architectural and building design companies. These inspired companies hold strong commitments towards community development, environmental design and effective project management. They have nurtured and encouraged my passion for environmentally sustainable design. I am also an accredited First Rate Assessor and a member of ABSA (Association of Building Sustainability Assessors). From this experience, I bring forward a balanced understanding of construction technology, sustainable design and social responsibility.

 

It is my aim to be involved in the creation of innovative and nurturing and sustainable homes, in the Perth Hills and surrounding metro areas. I am intending to live  at the Somerville Ecovillage™ in Chidlow WA, and look forward to being part of a vibrant community and living a sustainable lifestyle.
